Reporter files suit to compel release of dispute between Gilmer Clerk, Va. bank | West Virginia Record

Suit comes two months after Clerk's Office, and county commission ignored repeated Freedom of Information Act requests for lawsuit settlement involving Rivers' View subdivision.
